Cancelling Orders

Willie Creek Pearls reserves the right to cancel orders which it believes are fraudulent or constitue a mis-use of a promotion. Willie Creek Pearls may also cancel an order where an error has occured including but not limited to pricing.

GST

Willie Creek Pearls charges 10% GST for all customer within Australia. For all international customers including New Zealand, there is no GST or any other tax.

Stock Availability

While Willie Creek Pearls does it's best to keep stock availability up to date and accurate, it is possible that Willie Creek Pearls may not have the stock for your order. In this case Willie Creek Pearls offers you the opportunity to change you order with suitable replacement items or to omit the unavailable items from your order.

Communications

By creating an account with Willie Creek Pearls you consent to recieving electronic comminications from Willie Creek Pearls. There communcations will include account status updates, order status updates, promotional and marketing materials, and other information relating to the service. Your personal information will not be made available to any third party.
