Returns and Exchanges

Willie Creek Pearls conforms to the guidelines set out in the Trade Practices Act 1974.

Willie Creek Pearls does not offer refunds for goods purchased via the Online Store unless required to by the Trade Practices Act.

Willie Creek Pearls may at it's own discretion offer an exhange of a purchased item to a similar item of similar value if the purchased item is not what the customer has expected. If an exchange is offered then the customer agrees to any resulting postage and handling costs.

Our Refund Policy

Willie Creek Pearls offer a 100% lifetime guarantee on the quality and workmanship of the products that we sell. We will happly repair or replace any goods we sell that have a fault (not normal wear and tear) that would normally be detected at the time of purchase. If we are unable to do this to within a satisfactory time frame, we will refund monies to the customer on presentation of purchase receipt.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Within 14 days of purchase (and upon presentation of purchase receipt) we may offer in exchange for return goods a credit note/gift voucher or goods to the same value.
