Willie Creek Pearl Farm provides a secure area with shade and water for service animals. Service animals are welcome throughout the site, with access to all areas except the nursery for safety and hygiene reasons. Fresh water can be provided upon request, and staff are happy to assist wherever needed to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of both guests and their service animals.

We have a limited number of pathways on site are longer than 15 metres and currently do not include resting places or seats. However, the main thoroughfares around the Farmhouse, dining area and garden spaces do feature ample seating. We understand the importance of regular resting points and are exploring options to enhance this. In the meantime, we are happy to provide a portable chair on request, though we acknowledge this is not an ideal long-term solution. Paths with steps are not yet formally marked as non-wheelchair accessible, and step-free routes are not currently signed. That said, the layout of the site is largely circular, allowing for smooth wheelchair access around key areas from any direction.
