Moving To Broome

I moved to Broome when I was 18. It’s such a magical place and like most people who go there, it will always have a special spot in my heart. For my 21st Birthday, my parents visited from South Australia. I had always dreamt of getting my own Broome pearl and for my 21st, they got me a pearl pendant. To this day this pendant is the only jewellery I wear (apart from my wedding rings) It holds many memories, like meeting my husband, leaving Broome, buying our first home, saying “I do” on our wedding day and very soon welcoming our new baby into the world. It’s something I will cherish forever and one day pass down to my children along with all the stories made. My husband and I have always dreamt of going back to where it all began.
