• Customers must spend $200 or more on jewellery in a single transaction, in-store or online, between 1-30 June 2026.

Entry Details:

• One entry per qualifying transaction.

Winner Selection:

Willie Creek Pearls offer a 12-month product guarantee against manufacturing faults or defects. We will repair or replace any goods we sell that have a fault which would not normally be detected at the time of purchase. Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to appropriate product care not being taken.

A 50% deposit is required for custom or made-to-order pieces.

Custom orders are non-refundable except in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Estimated completion time will be advised at the time of order.

Pearl Lovers is valid at all Willie Creek Pearls showrooms in Western Australia, Pearl Luggers in Broome and our online store. The loyalty program is not valid at external stockists. 

At the time of joining Pearl Lovers, new members will receive a 10% discount code via email to be used towards their first online jewellery purchase. This offer cannot be used on gift cards, the Untamed Collection, or in conjunction with any other promotion.

Members will receive a $50 jewellery gift voucher via email on their birthday each year that can be redeemed online or in-store. Minimum spend to redeem this gift voucher is $100. It is applicable for full-priced jewellery items only and is not redeemable for cash. It cannot be used for transactions that include a sale or promotional item which is already discounted. This voucher cannot be redeemed on tours or experiences. The birthday gift voucher will expire 30 days after the birth date provided.

Pearl Lovers Loyalty points:

Accumulate on all purchases except on the purchase of gift vouchers, however upon redemption by the recipient of the gift voucher, the recipient will accumulate points (if they are a Pearl Lovers member).

Accumulate at one point per $20 spent. Each loyalty point is worth $1 off the next or subsequent purchase.

Can be used for transactions which include only full priced items and are not redeemable for cash. Cannot be used for transactions which include a sale or promotional item which is already discounted.

Loyalty points expire 3 years from the date of purchase. 

Loyalty points and birthday vouchers can be used in conjunction with other offers where specified in the individual promotion Terms & Conditions.

At Willie Creek Pearls, we take pride in the quality of our products. If your online purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a full refund by notifying us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be returned unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase within 30 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender, and items are returned at your own risk. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

We offer complimentary express shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $200. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and typically delivered within 2–6 business days, depending on your location. All tours, including scenic helicopter flights, are subject to weather and operational conditions. This may include mechanical breakdowns or circumstances where part of a tour cannot be operated as planned. Willie Creek Pearls reserves the right to cancel, change, or shorten tours without notice. A partial refund may be provided at the discretion of Willie Creek Pearls where any component(s) are not able to be completed.

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for bookings to be changed or cancelled without charge. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours may incur a 100% charge.

Cancellations of group bookings require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to avoid fees. Cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the private tour price.

Changes to tours are subject to availability. Willie Creek Pearls endeavours to amend or alter bookings for individuals and groups; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

Willie Creek Pearls is not liable for seasonal or climatic conditions that affect access to tracks leading to the Willie Creek Pearl Farm.

Willie Creek Pearls shall not be held liable for any accident, injury, delay, loss, or damage caused by the provision of, or failure to provide, any services listed in this brochure.

Willie Creek Pearls shall not be held liable for the condition or state of roads to the Willie Creek Pearl Farm, or for any damage caused as a result.

Willie Creek Pearls shall not be held liable for any damage caused to personal, group, or school bookings where third-party companies have provided transport.

Willie Creek Pearls shall not be held liable or provide any refunds if passengers or groups do not follow the instructions on how to access the Pearl Farm.

If your booking was made through a third-party website, the information provided (including pick-up times or directions) is the responsibility of the third party. Willie Creek Pearls is not liable for inaccuracies.

Any amendments to third-party bookings must be made through the original provider. Willie Creek Pearls is under no obligation to make changes without written authority from the third party.

Children under 16 years of age must travel with a parent or guardian.

Content may be captured during tours for use in promotional materials. Guests will be informed before the tour commences and given the opportunity to decline participation.

Willie Creek Pearls does not provide transport for drive-yourself visitors or school groups; transport must be sourced independently.

Willie Creek Pearls is unable to assist drive-yourself passengers or groups with issues related to their vehicle or track access to the Pearl Farm.

All drive-yourself passengers and groups accept the risks associated with accessing roads (maintained by external authorities) that lead to the Pearl Farm.

Willie Creek Pearls will comply with any public health orders made by State and Federal governments that apply to both you the customer and our employees / workplace.

Content is captured on tour from time to time by various bodies for use in promotions. On such occasions, guests will be advised before the tour commences and provided the opportunity to decline inclusion in content being captured.
