For orders within Australia, delivery is charged at a flat rate of $15 for orders under $200. Orders over $200 qualify for complimentary shipping. All parcels are dispatched via Australia Post Express service.

This requires signature on delivery and will usually take 2-6 working days depending on your location.

Orders are processed and dispatched in 1-2 business days.

For international orders, the shipping is based on weight at $45 for orders between 0 and 0.5kg. We use Australia Post Standard International. This requires signature on delivery and will take 7-12 working days. The 10% Australian Goods and Service Tax (GST) will not be charged by Willie Creek Pearls however, please make note that customers are liable to pay their own country’s import duty taxes on receipt of your package. Please ensure you research these duties and taxes and if you are liable to pay them.

For online purchases we will be happy to provide a full refund if the item does not meet your expectation or is not suitable for any reason. Willie Creek Pearls requires you to notify us of any intention to return the item within 7 days of receiving your order. The item and packaging must be returned in its original condition, unused and accompanied by proof of purchase within 30 days.

Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

Willie Creek Pearls is not responsible for the costs and liabilities relating to the shipping of the return items and is at the risk and expense of the person sending them. If products are repaired or replaced under our guarantee consideration may be given to compensating the purchaser for delivery costs incurred in returning the item.

We make all efforts to ensure that the photography of our pearls on the online store is a true representation of the pearl’s virtues. Please bear in mind that all pearls vary in colour, size, complexion, lustre and shape. Being a natural product, pearls may have some natural markings.
