Willie Creek Pearls endeavours to amend / alter bookings for individuals and groups, however this cannot be guaranteed.
Willie Creek Pearls will comply with any public health orders made by State and Federal governments that apply to both you the customer and our employees/workplace.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for bookings to be changed or cancelled at nil charge. Bookings cancelled within 48 hours may incur a 100% charge.
Cancellations of group bookings require a minimum of 7 days’ notice to avoid fees. Cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the private tour price.
COVID-19 related cancellations due to a government directive (ie: mandatory lockdown or border closure), will be issued a full refund.
COVID-19 related cancellations due to the below may not be refunded if it does not fall in the 48 hours’ notice period.
Declined G2G pass
Required testing not being fulfilled by guest(s) and/or having the appropriate clearance prior to travel
Guests’ inability to comply with all legislative conditions
Forced isolation at state or regional border
Guest(s) tests COVID-19 positive inside 48 hours prior to arrival
Changes to tours are subject to availability.
