Service animals are welcome throughout the site, with access to all areas except the nursery for safety and hygiene reasons. We have a limited number of pathways on site that are longer than 15 metres and currently do not include resting places or seats. However, the main thoroughfares around the Farmhouse, dining area and garden spaces do feature ample seating. We understand the importance of regular resting points and are exploring options to enhance this. In the meantime, we are happy to provide a portable chair on request, though we acknowledge this is not an ideal long-term solution. Paths with steps are not yet formally marked as non-wheelchair accessible, and step-free routes are not currently signed. That said, the layout of the site is largely circular, allowing for smooth wheelchair access around key areas from any direction.

To avoid cross-contamination of food products, we use clearly colour-coded chopping boards designated for different types of ingredients. All items in our dry store are well labelled and properly boxed, with similar labelling practices followed in our fridges and freezers. Our Chef maintains a strong understanding of all ingredients ordered and stored on site, ensuring careful handling and preparation at every stage.
