Returns & Refunds
All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us immediately at hello@williecreekpearls.com.au.
For online purchases, we offer a full refund if the item is unsuitable for any reason. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and return the item within 30 days in original condition, unused, with packaging and proof of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and risk. If an item is repaired or replaced under guarantee, delivery costs may be reimbursed.

Our Guarantee
Willie Creek Pearls offer a 12-month product guarantee against manufacturing faults or defects. We will repair or replace any goods we sell that have a fault which would not normally be detected at the time of purchase. Our guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage due to appropriate product care not being taken.

Caring for your pearls
